Our Spiritual Journey..

Spirituality is a tough topic of it all. People like to think of Christianity, Buddhism, Muslim, etc.. to describe their beliefs. However, you don't always have to label the feelings inside of you or your journey throughout this world. Your journey is sacred, your life is yours so you should practice and maintain it because you have 100% control over it. You are your own Queen! Through our spiritual practices, always keep the focus on letting go of the burdens that hold you back from experiencing better.

Here's some tips, tools and resources:

1. Writing. I specifically love to write because it's like me taking out the trash. Releasing those toxins from your mind and spirit, putting them on the paper and letting them GO after you've done that! Get yourself some journals on Amazon with prompts to really dissect your true feelings. 

2. Read Books. There are a lot of information you can obtain if you sat and read a book or two about how to get familiar with your faith and spirituality and what works for you! 

3. Isolate/Quiet Time. Isolation is not always bad. If you feel like you're overwhelmed and it's just too much energy in the universe right now, take a step back. Take a break. You are not missing out on anything.
