This Is For You If...

This platform, or "blog" is made for college aged women on their journey to self discovery by forming better habits, obtaining their goals by strategically overcoming challenges and breaking generational curses. 

We will discuss self care in different areas of our life focusing on: psychological, social and spiritual. 

Psychological Self-Care is surrounded around keeping ones' thoughts and emotions in a state of well-being so you can live your best life. This is not saying you will be happy all the time, however you will have built better habits on handling your emotions and mental health. We will find ways to eliminate useless negativity in our lives and manifest peace in our minds. 

Our Social life plays a huge role in who we are based off our different relationships with people and how we treat ourselves in social environments. Social Self-Care is about discovering our feelings of love, appreciate, gratitude and our connection with others. It is very important for you to take care of yourself before you can give bits and pieces of you to others. When you accept and love yourself, you will soon realize the kind of love you want to receive and what kind of love you want to give to the right people. You will not sacrifice your own feelings or dignity to be accepted by others. 

Finding our Spirituality is something that requires times, knowledge and patience. It is important to establish a spiritual connection within yourself because you will constantly look for it elsewhere without realizing that it is in you the whole time. While incorporating some buddhism practices in my life, it helps me hold myself accountable, it brings me to reality and helps me reflect on how I am feeling internally.

We need these 3 major factors to move through this hard life. Today, I hope I can inspire you. :)
